Senior Charter Sales Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Quoting charter flights to our clients while maintaining operational awareness
  • Coordination of booked flights with our Operations Department and clients
  • Flight watching / overseeing flight movements
  • Processing flight booking documentation and administration
  • Handling last minute ad hoc flight requests
  • Develop and continuously improve on an expert understanding of aircraft we use, their range, capacity and crewing
  • Business Development & Account Management
  • Attending Fairs & Exhibitions
  • Creating brand awareness

Required Profile:

  • Spoken & written business English is required. German or additional languages are favorable
  • Experience in business/ general aviation
  • 3+ years Experience in Sales
  • Experience with market & flight planning platforms such as FOS, FL3XX, Avinode, SchedAero.
  • Excellent IT skills, including comfortable usage of all MS Office software
  • Willingness to perform flexible shift work, including evenings and weekends
  • High degree of responsiveness, with excellent organizational and coordination abilities
  • Ability to cope with very high levels of responsibility
  • Calmness under pressure is a must
